Contract Agreement *

I agree to fully compensate Andrew & Kristen Camp for the chosen song options in this form via PayPal (paypal.me/thejanuarylanterns) or Venmo (@thejanuarylanterns) to finalize my custom song order. Kristen and Andrew will not begin working on the song till song payment is received. Custom song will be acoustic guitar or piano-based, with two verses, a repeated chorus, a mixed audio file that’s at least 2:30 min long, and a PDF of the lyrics. I understand the song will be delivered within 7 days of completing the order and payment, once Andrew/Kristen confirm it. They also have the right to decline any song order for any reason, without needing to explain why. If any details are off or I want to adjust the lyrics , I get one free revision. If there are issues with the audio, those revisions are free. Each additional requested revision will be $25/revision. I understand that all rights to the publishing, master recording, and songwriting belong to Andrew and Kristen Camp. I can share the song privately or online, but I can’t monetize it or the recording without their explicit permission.
